Position requirements
Proven history as a baker
Strong knowledge of traditional and contemporary baking techniques
Proficiency in shaping dough, proofing , and baking a variety of breads and pastries
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining consistent product quality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
