Position: Baking Production Manager
Are you a seasoned Baker or Pastry Cook with extensive experience in the industry?
We are seeking a hands-on leader to join our Award Winning Family-Owned Bakery.
You would be required to manage the daily production of a variety of baked goods, including pies, pasties, sausage rolls, vanilla slice, tarts, cookies, and cakes.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in supervising and managing staff and apprentices, be a collaborative team player, and possess strong time-management skills. A commitment to excellence, a strong work ethic, and a thorough understanding of food safety and hygiene are essential.
This full-time role is primarily day shifts, with occasional early morning starts. We offer Monday to Friday work, with flexibility in hours and days for the right candidate.
